REFUSE 2 DIE is your first step in securing your safety and protecting what matters most. This Level 1 course is designed to equip you with the mindset, skills, and physical readiness needed to survive and prevail in a violent encounter.

In this 4-hour intensive training, you will learn:
✅ The mindset of a criminal predator—why they seek to instill fear and how to counter it
✅ Developing mental tenacity and survival fortitude
✅ Practical stand-up and ground-fighting techniques
✅ Defensive and offensive firearm drills
✅ Introductory “Fit 2 Fight” physical readiness training
✅ Hands-on instruction from certified firearms trainers, law enforcement & military veterans, and close-quarters combat specialists

✔️ Eligibility for REFUSE 2 DIE – Level 2
